Losing your train of thought. Searching for a familiar name. You notice when your brain isn’t keeping up with you. After the age of 30, our cognitive abilities like memory and concentration are in decline. 20% of people over the age of 60 will get Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), after decades of a noticeable decline in episodic memory, especially remembering specific details and events. This issue now accelerates with extended use of AI and social media.

We made a science-backed, brain health supplement formula that is designed to enhance both short term focus in 20 minutes, and support long term brain health. Meet NAD+ Brain, the original blend that was formulated by Dr Elena Seranova, born out of research at the University of Birmingham, UK.

With NAD+ Brain, you're not just keeping up; you're setting up the pace.

Mid-30s
when measurable decline in processing speed and working memory typically begins
10 to 20%
of adults over 65 live with mild cognitive impairment
25 years old
is when your NAD+ production peaks before declining

Prevention starts in your late 20s and 30s. The second best time to start caring about your brain health is now.

Prevalence estimates for mild cognitive impairment in adults over 65 range from roughly 10 to 20% across population studies.

Why it happens

Brain cells do not run out of NAD+ slowly. They leak it.

NAD+ is the molecule your cells use to turn food into energy and to run repair, and a neuron is about the most energy-hungry cell you own. Take NAD+ away and it does not slow down gracefully. It fails.

In 2023 we published a paper in Cell Reports on what happens inside a human neuron when its housekeeping system stops working properly. Two families of enzymes, the sirtuins and the PARPs, hyperactivate and begin consuming NAD+ faster than the cell can replace it. The mitochondria lose their electrical charge. Energy production falters. The neuron dies. And when we raised NAD+ in those cells, their survival improved.

So the interesting question stopped being how much NAD+ the brain makes, and became how fast it is being consumed. That question is what this formula was built around.

NAD depletion mediates cytotoxicity in human neurons with autophagy deficiency

An essential part of my morning routine

“The difference in my mental sharpness between before and after starting NAD+ Brain has been noticeable. After taking it consistently for 2 weeks, I noticed an increase in my productivity, like the baseline of focus is now elevated. Combining it with NMN has become an essential part of my morning routine.”

NAD+ Brain

The focus developed gradually over weeks

“I’ve tried several nootropic formulas, but many relied on caffeine and simply made me feel overstimulated. NAD+ Brain felt different. The focus developed gradually over weeks, and I found myself drinking less coffee while still concentrating for longer.”

NAD+ Brain

The effect feels steady rather than artificial

“This was not an overnight jolt, which I actually appreciated. Around week 2, I realised I was getting through the afternoon focus block without the usual mental dip or distraction. The effect feels steady rather than artificial.”

NAD+ Brain

Part of both our routines

“My wife and I have been using NAD+ Brain for a few months now. She noticed how she doesn’t need to nap in the afternoon anymore, while I noticed more output in my accounting job, getting things done faster and not missing any deadlines, which is crucial in my line of work. It is unusual for us to agree on a supplement, but this has become part of both our routines.”

NAD+ Brain Answers

FAQ

Straight answers about NAD+ Brain, from ingredients and caffeine to timing and taking it alongside NMN.

How fast does NAD+ Brain work?

Most people report feeling NAD+ Brain within about twenty minutes, which is faster than the 45 to 90 minutes usually reported for the better known nootropic blends. The acute ingredients are built for that: a low dose of caffeine paired with L-theanine, alongside citicoline and L-tyrosine, which feed the pathways behind acetylcholine and dopamine.

The longer arc, which is the reason the formula exists at all, builds over weeks.

Onset times are customer-reported and individual results vary.

How much caffeine is in NAD+ Brain?

25mg per capsule, which is less than half a cup of coffee. It is enough to lift alertness and it is paired with L-theanine so it arrives without the edge, but it is not enough to build the dependency a mid-afternoon double espresso does. If you are caffeine sensitive, this is usually the dose that works when coffee does not.

Will NAD+ Brain keep me awake, and can I take it with coffee?

Take NAD+ Brain in the morning and it should not affect your sleep. At 25mg a capsule the caffeine content is low, and the L-theanine alongside it takes the edge off rather than adding to it. You can drink coffee as well, though if you are sensitive it is worth counting the total across the day. Avoid taking it late in the afternoon.

Is NAD+ Brain a proprietary blend?

It is a proprietary, original blend. And every ingredient in NAD+ Brain is listed with its dose, so you can see exactly what you are taking and compare it against the research. A lot of proprietary blends are commonly not disclosing the dosages of their ingredients in the nootropic category; because they hide whether an ingredient is present in an amount that could do anything. We would rather be checked.

What is citicoline and what does it do?

Citicoline is a compound the body uses in the production of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter most associated with attention and memory formation, and in maintaining neuronal cell membranes. It is one of the more researched nootropic ingredients and it is included here at a disclosed dose rather than as a label decoration. It sits alongside phosphatidylserine and L-tyrosine in the formula.

What research is NAD+ Brain built on?

The formula came out of our founder's own laboratory work on what happens to NAD+ inside brain cells. In a 2023 paper in Cell Reports, Dr Elena Seranova and colleagues showed that when a neuron's housekeeping system fails, two families of NAD-consuming enzymes, the sirtuins and the PARPs, hyperactivate and burn through the cell's NAD faster than it can be replaced, and that raising NAD improved the survival of those neurons. That finding is why this formula exists.

Does NAD+ Brain contain soy?

Yes, in traces. The soy comes from the lecithin carrier used for phosphatidylserine, one of the active ingredients. NAD+ Brain is not allergen-free and should not be taken if you have a soy allergy. It is vegan and non-GMO, and free from gluten, nuts, fish, shellfish and dairy.

Can I take NAD+ Brain with NMN?

Yes, and many customers take both in the morning. They do different jobs. NMN is a direct NAD+ precursor working at the level of cellular energy across the body and boosts your NAD+. The NAD+ Brain is formulated to specifically preserve your NAD+ in the brain, combining same-day focus ingredients with compounds chosen for longer term cognitive support. The Morning Bundle pairs them with TMG.

When should I take NAD+ Brain and how many capsules?

Take it in the morning, following the dose on the label. Morning dosing matters here because of the caffeine content, low as it is, and because the focus benefit is most useful at the start of a working day. Do not take it late in the afternoon or in the evening.
