To start a return, you can contact us at support@nmnbio.co.uk where a member of the NMN Bio Longevity Team will be happy to assist you.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions.
If you did not receive your package 21 days after placing your order and were not previously notified of any potential delays, you should contact us so we can investigate and issue a refund or a replacement order if possible. We will be unable to investigate or refund missing orders if you have not contacted us within 30 days after the initial date of ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (no later than 30 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue for you as swiftly as possible.
We’re proud to offer a 30-day no-hassle refund policy for any items purchased directly from us.
Please note:
- We’re unable to accept returns for products purchased through third-party sellers. If that’s the case, we kindly ask you to contact them directly for details on their returns policy.
- If you’re reaching out about a return after the 30-day window, we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis — just let us know your situation.
- If you’re based in the UK, US, or EU, and returning your item within the same region, we’ll cover the return cost.
- If you’re returning from a country outside these regions, return shipping will be at your own cost.
Refunds
We will confirm your refund once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method unless requested otherwise. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
